Trampled by Turtles added to Forecastle Festival

Trampled by Turtles will perform at Forecastle Festival in Louisville on Sunday, July 15.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 15, 2018) – After going on a hiatus in the fall of 2016 Trampled by Turtles (TBT) are back. The sextet from Duluth, Mn., will bring their unique blend of bluegrass and folk to Louisville’s Waterfront Park for Forecastle Festival on Sunday, July 15.

Trampled by Turtles join a lineup headed by Arcade Fire, Chris Stapleton, Modest Mouse, Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit; Houndmouth, The War on Drugs and many more.

Life is Good on the Open Road

The stop at Forecastle is one of many tour dates announced by TBT, all in support of Life is Good on the Open Road, the band’s first album since 2014, out May 4. The tour begins in the band’s home state of Minnesota and includes stops at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Co. in addition to Forecastle.
